Can I apply for H4 EAD for my son who is doing undergraduation who is on h4 visa?

My son is on H4 visa dependent on my H1b visa, but it’s expiring in sep 30 2024 , hez going into undergradtion program for fall 2024, university said he can continue on H4 visa as visa validity is there, no need to go for f1 visa which is a student visa, my question here is from Oct 1st till the time he gets his stamping done for extension can he continue on same h4 without stamping done till the time the stamping done for me and then for him and continue his under graduation program

what is the priority date for EB2, is it the date when PERM is filed or is it the date when I-140 is filed?

Hi this is urgent. I have an H1B with I 140 approved. Recently I got laid off 3 months back. So after 2 months grace period I transferred my legal status to B2 visa. Now I got a contract job. Through them I got back my H1B visa status back. After 15 days , I got better and another offer from company B. As it is a full time job with better pay range I would love to join to company B. Should I tell company B about my company A’s H1B status? I don’t have any paycheck from company A as joining date is after one week. Any suggestions or guidance would greatly appreciated . Thanks
